When we started Aion in 2021, the problem was not a lack of security tools. Most organisations we met had already bought firewalls, SIEMs and endpoint protection. What they lacked were people who could run those tools well, read the signals, and act before a small issue became a breach.

That is why we invested first in people. We built our own training academy, hired graduates with curiosity and grit, and put them to work on real environments under experienced analysts. That decision still shapes everything we do. When a bank asks us to tune its SIEM, or a hospital group needs its endpoints watched through the night, the team on the job has been trained for exactly that work.

We measure ourselves by outcomes our clients can see. Fewer false positives, so their teams can focus. Vulnerabilities found and closed before an attacker finds them. Audits passed with clear evidence. Reports a board member can read in five minutes.

We wanted to put strong engineering talent to work on the security problems of organisations around the world. From our operations hub we now support clients across Asia Pacific, the Nordics and North America, at a cost that makes strong security reachable for mid-sized organisations as well as large enterprises.
